Poor service , unprofessional and arrogant nurses and security guard. Just know to tell people wait wait wait, then they just sit over there and do nothing,wasting our time. Really rude.
Need to discharge today, Dr call me say “patient can discharge, when u come when u can go home “. When I arrive there, I tell the security guard that sit outside the ward, “Patient discharge today.” the nurse and the guard tell me wait, I sit at the outside wait for more than 1 hour. Then I ask the guard when can discharge, the security guard is rude and arrogant say that why I just sit there don’t ask her. Omg this is the attitude.
